11. Combination of Cimetidine and terbinafine increases plasma concentration of Terbinafine, but, when administered with Rifampicin decreases its plasma concentration.

12. Combination of  Griseofulvin and Alcohol potentiates toxicity of alcohol as Griseofulvin blocks alcohol dehydrogenase.

13. Combination of Miconazole and Warfarin inhibits metabolism of warfarin as Miconazole inhibits CYP2C9 enzyme which is involved in the metabolism of warfarin.

14. Combination of MAO inhibitors and Pethidine causes hyperpyrexia as MAOIs inhibits the normal demethylation pathway of pethidine.

15. Combination of TCA and SSRIs leads to toxicity as SSRIs inhibits CYP2D6 liver enzyme resulting increase in TCA blood levels.

16. Combination of ACE inhibitors and Potassium sparring diuretics causes hyperkalemia.

17. Combination of Erythromycin and Terfenadine causes fatal arrythmia because both increase QTc interval.

18. Combination of Cerivastatin(Baycol) and Gembifrozil(Lopid) exhibits rhabdomyolysis as Cerivastatin reduces low density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly.

19. Combination of Viagra and Nitroglycerine shows fatal hypotension due to excessive vasodilation.

20. Combination of Aspirin and Warfarin shows hemorrhage.
