pathway of pethidine.
15. Combination of TCA and SSRIs
leads to toxicity as SSRIs inhibits CYP2D6 liver enzyme resulting increase in
TCA blood levels.
16. Combination of ACE inhibitors
and Potassium sparring diuretics causes hyperkalemia.
17. Combination of Erythromycin and
Terfenadine causes fatal arrythmia because both increase QTc interval.

Cerivastatin(Baycol) and Gembifrozil(Lopid) exhibits rhabdomyolysis as
Cerivastatin reduces low density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly.
19. Combination of Viagra and
Nitroglycerine shows fatal hypotension due to excessive vasodilation.
20. Combination of Aspirin and
Warfarin shows hemorrhage.
