Causes Of very common heart diseases
Hello, today I am about to point out few reasons which would be, up to some extent, responsible for very common Cardiovascular Diseases.
Congestive Heart Failure
It depends on two main factors which maintain heart pumping with more consistency and regularity. When these two factors are imbalanced, somewhat, heart pumping becomes irregular and leading to CHF. These two factors are mainly;
Systolic dysfunction: It generally occurs when ventricles are dilated and unable to develop sufficient wall tension to eject adequate quantity of blood.
Diastolic dysfunction: It takes place when the ventrucular wall becomes thickened and unable to relax properly during diastole.
Angina pectoris
It is another CVS disorder mainly characterized by the pain occurs in the chest due to induction of an adverse oxygen supply in a portion of the myocardium. It consists of two forms which are both usual and unusual and they are;
Common form: It is also known as classical angina which are basically induced by exercise, emotion, eating and subside when the increased energy demand is withdrawn.
Uncommon form: It occurs at rest or during sleep and are unpredictable.
Myocardial Infarction
It consists of mainly several accounts of heart problems, but, of which, atherosclerosis takes huge responsibility while describing it. Necrosis of cardiac cell occurs whenever blood supply happens to be blocked or becomes inadequate and this is due to increasing amount of bad cholesterol and resulting in artery blockage.
Atherosclerosis:It is characterized by narrowing of arteries due to accumulation of 'bad cholesterol' around it resulting in insufficient blood supply into the heart responsible for necrosis of cardiac cells.
